I am Thornton; husband and father, PR pro, and friend to the many furry creatures who share our abode. I love hiking and exploring but am more likely reading a book or watching a movie on a Sunday afternoon. I write a weekly column in the Northside Neighbor. I am a bit of homer. My great-great-great grandfather was a gentleman named Alfred Austell. He brought his family to Atlanta in 1857. Therefore I am a sixth-generation Atlantan, something that has absolutely nothing to do with me but of which I am very proud.
